HR & Culture Manager
Role Overview

We are seeking an HR & Culture Manager who can bridge the gap between high-level organizational goals and the daily well-being of our global engineering team. You will be responsible for architecting a world-class employee experience, from elite talent acquisition to long-term professional development.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for specialized IT roles (Developers, DevOps, Architects), ensuring a high-quality “candidate roadmap” that reflects our professional standards.
Culture Engineering: Develop and implement initiatives that foster a “Zen” work environment—prioritizing deep work, mental clarity, and transparent communication.
Performance Systems: Lead the biannual “Strategic Growth” reviews, helping our team members map out their technical and leadership trajectories.
Onboarding & Integration: Design a seamless onboarding experience that introduces new hires to our “Zen-Tech” philosophy and operational workflows.
Policy & Compliance: Maintain and update our “Digital-First” HR policies, ensuring we stay compliant with global labor standards while protecting our remote-first flexibility.
Team Wellness: Act as the primary advocate for employee health, balance, and professional satisfaction.
What We Are Looking For Experience: 5+ years in HR Management, specifically within the Information Technology or Software Development sector.
Technical Literacy: A strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) to effectively communicate with and vet technical talent.
The “Zen” Mindset: Exceptional emotional intelligence and a calm, problem-solving approach to interpersonal dynamics.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to see beyond administrative tasks to build systems that support 10x business growth.
Communication: Fluent in professional English with a knack for writing clear, authoritative, and empathetic internal communications.
