Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive to help us grow our client base on Upwork and other freelancing platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in lead generation, proposal writing, and winning projects on Upwork.

This is a remote opportunity for someone who understands how to identify potential clients, write winning bids, and convert leads into long-term business relationships.

Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years

Experience Required: ๐Ÿ“Œ Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in .NET development

Key Responsibilities

  • Search and identify relevant projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms
  • Write compelling and customized proposals/bids
  • Communicate with potential clients and understand project requirements
  • Generate leads and convert them into successful deals
  • Maintain client relationships and follow-ups
  • Collaborate with technical team to align proposals with project scope
  • Achieve monthly lead and revenue targets

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder / Business Developer
  • Strong understanding of Upwork platform and bidding strategies
  • Excellent written English communication skills
  • Ability to write persuasive and personalized proposals
  • Knowledge of IT services (web development, software, mobile apps) is a plus
  • Strong negotiation and client handling skills
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented

Nice to Have

  • Experience with CRM tools
  • Background in IT / Software Services sales
  • Existing Upwork profile with proven success
  • Understanding of digital marketing or SaaS sales
